Pros

Mosby is great about being "Family first" and the organization has a great group of people that bend over backwards to help each other out. The company has grown significantly over he last few years but has retained its small company feel for the employees for the most part. There have been growing pains during the growth. However, they have made great strides to heal them as well. It is to be expected that any company will have these pains but not all could overcome them like Mosby has. Benefits are probably better than many in the industry. I am very satisfied and proud to be part of the Mosby Team!

Cons

Mosby, as any company is not without its flaws. Raises in compensation are relatively rare and rarely volunteered. The amount of meetings are sometimes a hindrance to productivity but this has been improved. There is sometimes a unspoken divide between departments. But, no company is perfect. The good outweighs the bad.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your concerns regarding compensation have been shared with Human Resources. Mosby will be launching the Certification Program in the upcoming year. The program has been created to ensure all current and future Mosby associates receive regular training and education, by offering a variety of learning opportunities. All associate levels will be encouraged to support and participate in the program. Meanwhile, the Social Activities Committee is a great avenue to connect with colleagues, direct reports and leadership. Please consider attending the next scheduled event.
