Can try a lot of things, learn + grow, make a really significant difference week to week, and for an awesome + rewarding cause. Working with students is fun.
Work life balance + general respect have improved over time. Remote.
Company definitely works to create a fun/positive environment with online games, daily prompts on slack, retreat etc., and especially by celebrating students wins (more $$$ for college)
Cons
Focus changes constantly- largely a good thing at the stage we're at, but it can be frustrating at times and not a fit for everyone. Company lets new employees go quickly if they don't feel they're performing
