Flexible Time off - though you can't really use it
Cons
Management is toxic - they prefer to reprimand than praise their employees. Each manager within the system has been written up at least once. I'd say there's a different issue at play than the staff if everyone is receiving write ups. There is no leadership or working together. It is purely punitive. and HR will side with your supervisor over you every time. They want to fire people and will look for any excuse to do so.
