Pros
Good vacation even in the first year, benefits are decent, big company so if you move there's a very good chance you could stay in the company.
Cons
Each account has it's own culture and expectations, so it's hard to say if the company will be good or bad for anyone because of this. At my account the expectation is that you will work a lot of hours and they do not care about a work-life balance. As I was promoted in the company i was punished for starting at a low wage; there is a "company rule" that they can't give you more than a 15% raise with each promotion, even if the job is at a higher pay grade than that 15% increase. I don't think that's right. If you think I am qualified enough to do this job, pay me at the pay grade that you posted the job under. Also depending on your region you may or may not get training and support you need.
