      Pros

      Good hours and generally nice people to work with. Most days are relatively easy compared to some other high paced cooking jobs.

      Cons

      You are not going to be paid much or receive many raises. Benefits are mostly non existent or unaffordable. Not really oppurtunities for advancement but they will tell you there are. Some accounts are much better then others. The "others" are kinda depressing places to work.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
