      Pros

      Very welcoming company culture. Work intensity depends on different teams. Data team would be very laborious; software team would depends on when project starts and ends. Company benefit is good. Office enviroment is nice.

      great culture, nice people, probably the best work life balance you could ever ask for. People just don't work hard here

      severely behind in AI, very limited opportunities for growth, salary is far far below market.
