* Great people who are intelligent, hard working and genuinely nice teammates * Flexibility with being in office, hybrid, or fully remote. Really nice offices that are accessible on public transportation * Interesting work and learning opportunities especially if you're proactive. If you take initiative you wont be bored * Unlimited PTO + good 401k match * Interesting product and clients * Still lots of building and growth happening which has pros and cons
Cons
Morning Consult has been through a lot of change in the last few years so you need to be fairly comfortable with change and ambiguity to succeed. If you have a good manager + team they will help you a lot with that change. One of the changes that impacts employees most is how the company handles performance reviews/promotions/raises. It doesnt seem like this is unique to Morning Consult but no raise cycle last year was tough during record inflation. But the company seems committed to keeping a regular schedule of promotions/reviews/raises and the last few months have seemed more hopeful
