Cons
Fairly regular layoffs and people leaving to other companies that contributed to a feeling of fear and continual gossip/speculation. When people leave, whoever takes their place gets all their responsibility without the title or pay raise. Unqualified employees (untouchable relatives of executives) making life difficult for regular workers and management alike. Confusing and continually changing company direction. People are afraid to question upper management.
