Pros
- The benefits were pretty good. - Site teams were generally good.
Cons
- senior management got distant as the company grew and became out of touch. - Very poor support for the site team when requested. Senior team done nothing until it was too late. They are very reactive, not proactive. Even when pushed for support. - "family feel" banished once the company grew. - Very top heavy company. - Many process' in place which differ per project dependent on who the manager is - not much consistency - supposedly a "decentralized business" but refuse to make changes and take opinions from the site team who are actually the ones that use the systems. - Day in lieu instead of payment and when you come to take your day in lieu its very much dependent on what suits the company rather than what suits you
