Nice people at the lower to middle staff level. Lower to middle staff level works well together in a cooperative environment.
Cons
CHEAP! Terrible pay. No raises for two years. Upper management very nasty. Very self-centered on upper management level. Tiny bonuses for Christmas. On call 24/7.
