Like most major law firms, staff is looked upon as the red-headed stepchildren. The pay is horrendous. Salary increases lag behind inflation. They throw staff a morsel here and there, while associates and partners receive enormous pay increases and bonuses. Meanwhile, staff is having a tough time filling their gas tank. The culture is woke and hard left. Focus is on meeting diversity numbers instead of most qualified. It is not collaborative or welcoming.
