      Company wide communication is great. Management is always seeking feedback and looking for ways to improve. "Pick your own adventure book" If you have ideas and drive, they will give you the tools to have big impact.

      Cons

      If you are looking to just sit back and collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you. Management is always looking to engage employees and improve.

      I love how organized and structured Morgan Financial is. I have never been part of such an amazing team. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a place where you can have fun and succeed (something that is very hard to find these days).
