8yI'm sorry you felt you didn’t have the tools you needed to support our clients — that’s not how it should be and I understand how that would add a lot of unnecessary stress to an already fast-faced and critical client-facing role. I understand how it’d become even more frustrating if you felt like product feedback wasn’t getting through to the right people.
