Moorepay has a very supportive culture. The management team work closely with the teams to ensure they are supported in client meetings and outside of client meetings as well as on going product and process training. There are regular opportunities for development and promotion within Moorepay. Ideas and area's of improvement are welcomed and worked on. I would strongly recommend Moorepay as a place to work and develop your career.
Sales management are very supportive.
High pressure as with most sales roles but lots of support from managers and colleges.
Strong company culture.
Lots of opportunity for career advancement - I’ve seen countless promotions in my 3.5 years with the company .
Given a lot of autonomy to shape deals - management will listen to your ideas and make recommendations.
Consultative sales methodology with big focus on solving prospects problems.
Great group of people to work with.

Steep learning curve, large suite of quite complex products - not necessarily a con if you like learning.
