The company survives due to its hardworking R&D and Ops Team, leading innovation and pushing the technology into use.

Aside from the CTO, the leadership across other teams is some of the weakest I’ve encountered. The ‘care’ culture that’s often promoted feels largely superficial—more of a branding effort than something people actually experience. One leader, in particular, seems completely disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work, which fosters confusion and disorganization. The result is a tense, fearful environment where people don’t feel safe being honest or open.
