Pros

Very good base compensation. Excellent health, vision and dental benefits. All sorts of optional benefits such as legal insurance, discounts on auto and home insurance, discounts on pet insurance. Yearly profit sharing bonus for everyone in the company. Stock options Very generous 401k contributions Flexible (unlimited) PTO Amazing management Huge emphasis on inclusivity with multiple company sponsored organizations in the for minority communities such as LGBTQIA+, veterans and more. Huge emphasis on sustainability and giving back to the community. Great work life balance. Accessible leadership who care and actually back it up with action and compensation.

Cons

The only con I even could say was my interview process took an extended amount of time, but it was understandable for my position.

Pros

- Health benefits and general benefits are great (cafe on site, pharmacy is amazing, walking paths for summer to name a few) - Most everyone I work with is great to work with and fits the “Moog culture” - Lot of fun things to do with coworkers (volleyball and pickleball both of which I’ve done and are fun!) - Work that Moog does is really cool, take pride when I tell people I work here

Cons

- At least in corporate, there is a mass exodus of people leaving which is rare for Moog. Corporate is not giving anyone raises at all nor are they giving promotions. Seriously, do not work in corporate it is terrible. Managers are telling employees to do what’s best for themselves and look outside of Moog - The CHRO is too reactive, most of Moog is that way though - I’ve realized “we win as a team”, “we are one Moog” are not always true
