Great company but not (yet) using full potential - Engineer Moodagent Employee Review

No pros, terrible management, terrible product.

A giant red flag of a company.

Product is nice. And with the core tech, build through a decade, it has potential, if not overtaken by new AI competitors within a few years.

Sallary is not paid on time and sometimes weeks too late. Yes - weeks! But worse is the CEO who just straight up lies. Ice cold, and good at it. Venture capital that runs and funds the show are practically unable to listen to employees, straight up lying about funding and just don't see a need to pay consultants on time because they "are not danish employees".
