Pros
You get to work from home - but the fact you are made to feel so small means that what was once your safe space (home) is now a place of stress and dread.
Cons
This has been without a doubt the WORST job I have ever had in my entire life. The people in management here should be ashamed of how they treat the staff. They are the number one reason why the company is going to continue to have these issues until nobody wants to work there. It's disheartening to witness a consistent pattern of management incompetence, resulting in unattainable deadlines and subsequent berating of employees for failing to meet them. I started to lose sleep and would wake up every single day with extreme anxiety and stress wondering if I was going to be yelled at or belittled that day. I ended up having to see a psychologist because my mental health just spiralled out of control. They offer a free mental health app subscription as an employee and its probably because their staff members all need to have counselling due to their management team's actions. Management has poor communication, barking orders and leaving things to the last minute causing chaos in the teams to reach these unachievable deadlines. There's a notable absence of constructive feedback and support from higher-ups, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. Despite numerous complaints about certain team members, no action seems to be taken against the management team, fostering a toxic atmosphere. Moreover, the alarming rate of employee turnover is indicative of widespread dissatisfaction. The stress levels within the company are reaching unbearable levels due to the lack of proper systems and the relentless pursuit of profit at the expense of our well-being. If you are desperate to get a job, I would take a job at McDonalds over this. The pay is not worth the amount of stress and toxic people you encounter - avoid.
