      Pros

      The clinical team (prescribers, team leads, pharmacists) are amazing people to work with. They’re really are patient focused and care about what they do for a living. Before you start the role they make everything seem like roses and flowers, as soon as you join you start to see who they really are!

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible. A bunch of people who have little to no regard for how their staff are treated. Simply rude and distasteful! I would not recommend this company to anyone. EVER!

      Pay is slightly above standard expectations Remote work option available

      Cons

      The environment felt very high-pressure and disorganized at times. Workloads could be heavy, and priorities often changed, which made it hard to stay on track. Communication between teams wasn’t always clear, and support could feel limited depending on the situation.

      Fully remote work, great boss and team

      Cons

      The higher ups have no strategic direction and make terrible decisions which have impacted so many people causing massive rounds of redundancies. And their treatment of you during the process is impersonal and disgusting.
