Not a fashion house so clients tend to be more cultured, most of the time. Company is quite accommodating to employee's relocation request and career advancement. Employees have opportunities to network with other stores and build relationships across the nation.
Cons
Management competency varies greatly across different stores; turnover rate is extremely high for a lot of stores. Employees' concerns and suggestions regarding store operation are rarely addressed. The benefits promised to employees are often overlooked.
