-Residential facility with family feeling -Staff are friendly and helpful -Therapists spend a lot of time with each individual and are invested in their success -in house chef makes amazing meals and staff are encouraged to eat meals during work hours - medical and psychiatric providers are approachable -benefits package is best I have seen in a very long time

Good benefits. Caring staff. Mostly caring upper management.

This company has gone downhill over the past year that I've been working here. This makes sense considering the massive monetary cuts that have been happening. The company budget has led to many employees getting let go and to pay increases that are downright disrespectful. I worked here for a year, and for my yearly pay increase was around 1%. That's around 21 cents. Not only that, but I'm often left without coworkers in a job that is supposed to be filled by two people. That means that my total workload often gets increased by 100% and I am not able to take a break from work, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
