Firstly, the Owner bought itself out of administration for an undisclosed price so that it could 'trim' the company e.g. close stores and fire employees without paying them their entitled redundancies. Other: - No discount equivalent for men - Below average pay - Continuous redundancies and reorganizations - I was part of 3 in 2.5 years - Decisions based on opinion not on data - Cliquey attitude and behaviour - I was told by colleagues I didn't deserve a promotion because they were upset they didn't get one - Allowing of unprofessional behaviour so as not to upset people and have them leave - Constant expectation to work more than your contracted hours to show 'commitment' - Outdated processes, systems, and equipment - Anyone truly trying to change things for the better is met with resistance and suspicion
