      Pros

      Good family-type environment. Nice benefits with in-line pay rate. Nice work - life balance. Location, providing close shopping, restaurants etc.

      Cons

      Smaller company with a limited ceiling as far as growth is concerned. Upper management was somewhat lacking at times.
