      Pros

      only pro is lack of oversight means you can run your own "shop" under there greedy noses and make a bunch of money.

      Cons

      management is garbage, company is basically now in India for payroll, HR and other issues you used to drive down about 10 miles and reach HQ in Rochester NY now building is empty and jobs are overseas. ZERO support, thin stretched and over worked staff. 7-7 7 days a week. like come on for 1200 bucks a week and no bonus??
