Management was largely uncommunicative and gave inconsistent direction. There was little to no onboarding structure, and getting basic access or information felt like pulling teeth.
Leadership seemed more focused on optics than on actually supporting their team.
Account management practices were poor at best – they have no clue how to manage their clients, financially or otherwise.
There was no clear ownership, processes were all over the place, their workflow offerings are a joke, and the internal culture reflected a real lack of accountability at senior levels.
Most concerning was the overall treatment of employees. There's a moral disconnect between how this company presents itself externally and how it actually operates internally. People are not valued here.
