The company promotes “ownership,” but in reality, it often means working without guidance, mentorship, or proper support. Employees are left to self-learn through YouTube, Reddit, and trial-and-error to complete tasks outside their expertise.

1. Employees are frequently assigned tasks far outside their actual skill set and are still expected to deliver flawless results with minimal guidance or support.

3. The company offers little to no meaningful employee benefits despite enforcing a strict work-from-office culture. Employees commuting long distances daily are expected to manage the physical and mental exhaustion without any flexibility, support, or consideration.
