Pros
MongoDB is going from strength to strength in our product and customer focus. We've grown really fast during the pandemic and it feels like execs are making both business decisions and company covid decisions quickly but always with our customers or people in mind. The hybrid working models rolled out last year feel like a realist future of work and are way more flexible than other companies ... for example, our in-office model is actually 3-5 days per week where my friend's company in-office is 5 days required in the office.
Cons
The biggest con is that the company has grown faster than the ways we do things. Sometimes it feels like we are still operating like a 500 person company. I know there are teams in finance and HR working on this, but it feels slow.
