Our sales process is constantly evolving and refined based on years of research and data, and it proves to deliver consistent success but we acknowledge this requires consistent hard work to master. While we do have high expectations of all of our employees, we don’t expect that to come at the expense of one’s personal life. Our leadership team is invested in supporting rep work-life blend, and retaining top talent while helping reps avoid burnout is a top priority. We encourage reps to take regular PTO throughout the year, and throughout the pandemic we’ve held wellness check-ins designed to focus purely on employee experience in and outside of work and have also provided several company-wide days off on top of regular company holidays and PTO.
We are committed to freeing the genius within our employees, customers, users, and communities, and we are confident that our sales team has a clear path for enabling our customers to be successful, especially working in collaboration with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
