Users say... "Bad pay" "bad management" "there’s no sick pay and half the time the SSP is left off pay and has to be emailed to request this is corrected.. they change rules as and when they see fit and managers come and go so frequently from departments you never get chance to build a relationship with them for them to actually understand your progress, each manager wants different things so your always doing something wrong no matter who is watching, new clients are taken on when they shouldn’t be as there often isn’t enough staff to deal with the calls that come in causing the need for other departments to stand in and errors to be made as they do not usually deal with those calls, but all the higher up staff want is the money and we are left to deal with the incompetence and complaints that comes with it.. we are barely paid enough to cover our bills with the way the world is going and there are no benefits offered that make life easier for anyone." "You literally could never get the time off you wanted EVER." "A lot of work expected for minimal salary"
