Pros where in the past, as they reach for going public the culture turned negative.

From laying of most of the Software QA Team to 'middle missmanagement' A great company culture gone bad, when middle management resort to PIP to cover their own backs for their failings in an apparently 'blameless' culture. Better to hide in the shadows then to be the hero or you get called out and handed the blame when you where the problem solver.
