      Pros

      There is no reason to waste time to work in this company. Their renumeration is very poor and there is no future in this company as an MFB.

      Cons

      Management team is not strong, Corporate Governance deficiencies too. Be prepared to work in a very toxic environment because employees actually control the Bank not Management.
