Not a healthy work environment, especially for those who value integrity and respect. There’s a pervasive atmosphere of negativity, largely driven by senior leadership. Many leaders frequently belittle or undermine employees, creating a toxic and demoralizing culture. Favoritism is very common, support and recognition are reserved for a select few, often based on personal relationships rather than merit or performance. Promises made by leadership are rarely kept, leading to a deep lack of trust and frustration among staff. Progress is stagnant, and genuine professional growth feels out of reach. If you value your mental well-being, accountability, and a respectful workplace, I would strongly advise against working here.
