I've worked for several recruiting companies in NYC. They pretty much are all 'body' shops despite all of their hype and statements to the opposite. With Mondo, it was completely different!! I am working on a short term assignment. But I was interviewed, placed and started working in Midtown at a client site in less than 2 weeks time. Before I interviewed at the client site, I met with a Mondo sales representative. And during my first week on the job, Mondo sponsored a short open house and meet and greet reception at my client's place of business. I have never seen such courtesy and professionalism in a recruiting company before. Mondo is the Most!!!!!
Cons
Don't have anything negative to say at this point. I am a new consultant. I'm sure they don't do everything perfectly. But they seem to have a very dedicated team of workers trying their best.
