-Great flexibility (students were able to remotely work and managers were very flexible with course workload) -Projects were fun working with the newest VR technology, expectations set with projects were very realistic -Pay was okay for especially as a part time role on campus

-C suite executives were aloof with the part time workers and the projects

Working alone is the only positive I have

Where do I even start, this company will exploit you, started off doing full time even though I was hired part time, and was paying me part time salary. Don’t get me started on the schedule, you won’t know what time or where your working till a day before and don’t get comfortable because that schedule can change due to call offs, and the workload?? Terrible! The sales reps over order and now your stuck with it I’m talking 200 to 300 cases on any given day with no help, and end changes?? Having to empty out a whole end cap to put back on the shelves or put in backstock can take up at least an hour of your time and then have to tackle a pallet afterwards, and build a end cap is just overwhelming. Oh and it doesn’t stop there they will contact you when your off sometimes 6-8pm to let you know that the schedule is changing, they could have scheduled you to start at 7am and change it to 5am just like that now your whole schedule is messed up.It took a big mental toll on me for the many months I was here like no other job has before, please please avoid this company if possible
