Pros
will hire you with no experience but you will feel lost on the job and the employer's know this. Every time I said I worked for Monardo's someone has expressed that they have had bad experiences or have heard online how terrible they are.
Cons
TERRIBLE DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. I have had a HELL of a time just trying to get paid for hours over a month, close to two months ago. And I have received attitude on top of this for being "impatient". Do not work for these crooks. They will seem nice but are greedy and do not care about you!!!
