Pros

High organization and accountability. Staff and management genuinely care. If I ever left, I would likely move to a different field of nursing because I truly believe there is not a better SNF facility to work at.

Cons

Large facility so communication across the levels of care can be complicated, floor plan keeps nursing stations separate

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your dedication over the past several years. We’re glad to hear that you value our performance-based reviews, annual increases, and holiday recognition—those are a few of the important ways we try to show appreciation for our team. We also appreciate your honest perspective regarding our approach to spending. At Monarch Landing, we strive to be thoughtful and responsible with resources so we can continue investing in our residents, staff, and long-term stability. That said, we understand how this can sometimes be perceived, and we’re always looking for ways to better balance financial stewardship with employee experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued part of our community.
