Management's "unique" leadership style, which often involves expecting employees to work late nights and weekends, ensuring we never run out of things to do. Compensation is far below market standards, making it hard to justify the extra hours and effort. Big shoutout to the management for their unique leadership style, it's been eye-opening, to say the least. It has taught me resilience in ways I never imagined
