The only redeeming quality is my coworkers. If I could put zero stars I would.
Cons
Management is atrocious and communication is dead. They scapegoat their employees, create a largely negative work environment, and do not genuinely care for their employees. If you want a passive aggressive, smile in your face talk behind your back, never solve anything work atmosphere then by all means work here. It’s no wonder why they have a high turnover rate. They guilt trip employees to come in when sick, but they can leave the office at anytime and take as many days off as needed when sick. Require us to be available until 5-5:30, but schedule us to where we don’t make it back until 6 (sometimes later) and they get to close up the office hours before all employees have returned. They make it out to seem as though your making 600-700 a paycheck, but you hardly ever get over 500. I could go on and on, but basically my advice is to not work here.
