Pros
As home service professionals, we were all trained the same way and very well. I liked that I knew the expectations to pass my certification or test after I first started working. I liked that we had backup in the office if we were lost or confused and that we got to use company cars. I liked that the office posted positive customer comments about our team. Sometimes coworkers would encourage you to leave things you know needed to be done because they wanted to get done faster.
Cons
Sometimes management didn't have our back when things went wrong. Sometimes the girl giving estimates would tell customers that we would do things we weren't supposed to do or give them a cheaper price, which wasn't fair because we did the work and you get paid a percentage of what they charge the customer. Also, they pay you a tiny bit of what they charge the customer, but there's only so much room to grow. We also had negative comments posted PUBLICLY, which was embarrassing. Some people's paychecks bounced. There was a lot of drama and turn around (More the fault of coworkers than the company).
