Unfortunate Experience - Coordinator MolecuLight Employee Review

Toxic atmosphere. Certain C Level Manager was out right abusive, frequently talking behind employee's backs and blaming his own mistakes on staff. Same C Level manager pushed out other senior staff shortly after starting and started hiring his friends. I launched a formal complaint on the Wednesday and was unemployed on the Monday, after a year of taking on a staggering workload, working many nights and weekends. That was my department, I observed what appeared to be similar problems in other departments, especially the "Revolving Door" method to managing staff.
