Pros
People are generally friendly. Many have been with the company for 20+ years. There's decent work/life balance and the company has occasional lunch events for the employees.
Cons
Molded Dimensions used to be a great company to work for, but the culture has taken a huge hit since being sold to a private equity firm. The new CEO appears to be in over his head and is more concerned with appearances rather than addressing underlying issues. Quality and shipping issues occur frequently, but his focus is on painting and cleaning the plant. His leadership style is aggressive and intimidating - resulting in an environment where people are uncomfortable and uncertain of the future. Morale and productivity are lower than before. It's hard to see things turning around for the better.
