      Pros

      Mojo takes hiring really seriously. Both the founders are on the early calls in the process. But it means that the company attracts talented and mission-driven people who I love working with. Good balance of hybrid working with remote periods through the year.

      Cons

      Working at this stage of company is generally stressful but, most of the time, exhilarating. No real cons.

      - Good compensation - Great in-office culture - Super close to senior leaders, who are open and transparent - Amazing tech stack to work on - Super flexible working

      Cons

      The company is a little on the smaller side, so there is a lot to do, but not so much that you are under heavy pressure.
