      Pros

      Flexible work hours, caring owners, good employee discount, products that you don't feel bad selling (because they actually work), continual job and company growth.

      Cons

      Under staffing. It can be stressful because you have to do things outside of your job occasionally to make up for areas that are under staffed.

      The owners are fun, upbeat and they care for their staff! Mojo has such a unique & positive environment. As a former employee, I will continue to be a loyal client & will always recommend the spa/ boutique to others!

      Under paid, expected to devote your life to the company, expected to work off the clock during breaks, miscalculated overtime, exploits and takes advantage of foreign employees
