Pros

Mojo Coffee does an excellent job of fostering an environment of love, quality, speed, and community. Rather than "the customer comes first," Mojo believes that "the employees come first." They are intentional to take care of their employees in weekly and monthly coaching meetings, fostering an atmosphere of positivity with zero-tolerance for bullying or negativity, healthy communication, and extra-curricular activities outside of work.

Cons

Really fostering a deeper sense of community is the only noticeable improvement that is needed. However, that is a personal opinion.

Pros

-Free coffee and tea -Decent tips

Cons

Used to offer free food as a benefit, but took it away because the CEO said, and I quote, I already pay them, why should I give them free food too?". Not considering the fact that everyone is working 8+ hours, and only get 30 minutes of a break each shift. Now, there's no other benefit to work there other than free coffee.
