      Pros

      None after management changed a year or so ago.

      Cons

      New management is awful. The new CEO doesn’t seem to care about the animals at all or the original company mission. Due to this is seems like they are losing clients left and right and therefore losing a lot of money. This place is a sinking ship and not worth anyone’s time.
