Pros
- I have a very high impact role and I feel like my coworkers do as well - You're treated as a person and not an employee - My manager truly cares about my personal and professional development as well as my happiness and how I'm feeling in my role - Moffitt's company culture is a team-oriented, fun environment - Room for upward mobility as there are a lot of open positions due to growth - Moffitt has a truly interesting/innovative offering and as an employee you are making a difference with an engineered/custom solution for our customers - The company is extremely proactive and not retroactive - Training and onboarding has really grown throughout my time here and I feel that the right tools are given to people to succeed
Cons
I wouldn't necessarily call this a "con", but you will have to be willing to wear a few hats from time to time to help your coworkers out. We work as a team, so if you have a "that's not my job" mentality, then you may take issue with that.
