This company does not value input from newer employees. Specifically in the Americas at the Nashville facility, the culture is bad. This facility is molded to the ideas and scope of few who have spent a great deal of time working at the site and continue to make the same mistakes and treat those with new ideas as foolish. The professionalism and culture need to change and focus more on the customer and real efficiency, not what the ideas of a few stubborn employees think.
