Terrible company with terrible owners only looking out for themselves and never the employees - Installer Modular Interiors Employee Review

Poor communication by owners to the field. They are only concerned about how much money they make. They drive fancy cars and sports cars but can't give anyone a raise or a pat on the back for earning them all of the money they have. If you turn down overtime they hold it against you or if you ask for a vacation they treat you like dirt or just don't approve it. Nobody is treated equally in the company. Guys who the owners are buddies with get away with everything. If you make a mistake you are chewed out in front of the whole crew and sometimes company at morning meetings.
