      Decent pay, many hours available

      Cons

      Hazardous for your health Proper PPE for your lungs is not provided, exposed to industrial glues, paint, metal fumes and metal particles daily Slow to apply pay for a promotion, worked as a welder for a month before being paid as one

      You will learn more here than most other jobs. There were always places to contribute.

      Pros

      They half train you, no raises. Your only allowed 1 bathroom break a day. No one will help you to lift a heavy part. I don't see how this place is still operating or why these employees are still here working thru this bull crap.
