Worst company - Social Media Manager Modicle Studios Employee Review

This was my first company, and while it provided initial exposure, I would not recommend this organization to anyone who values their mental health and overall well-being. The official working hours were 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, but employees were regularly expected to stay until 8:30–9:30 PM without any compensation or recognition. Workload was extremely high, often requiring one person to manage the responsibilities of multiple roles with low pay. And salary Salary payments were consistently delayed, often by 45 days to even 2 months. There was no fixed or reliable salary cycle, which caused significant financial stress. Leave policies were very restrictive. Sick leave and personal leave were discouraged, questioned, and often made to feel like a fault. Even genuine personal or health issues were not respected, creating constant pressure and stress. The management style was aggressive and controlling, with frequent yelling and unrealistic expectations. There was no respect for work-life balance, employee dignity, or mental health. Holidays and weekly offs were rarely honored. If you respect your mental health, physical health, and personal boundaries, I strongly suggest not joining this company.
